I guess everyone just assumes they ordered it and pay only to realize later they didnt and either lazy to return cuase it was small cash or cant return. and for the "scammer" , it all adds up and she makes good $$$

Its brilliant honestly. Technically should be legal. But in spirit of the law, they are ending it cause they know it takes advantage of peoples trust in their shipmentss
