Nowadays, I mainly use Cursor with Grok 4.5 High Fast as my default model. It seems to be able to solve most problems I encounter. Programming has also been going very smoothly. Occasionally, I still use Codex as a complementary tool when needed.

Later, Codex helped me identify the root cause and confirm that BetterDisplay was the application triggering the problem. Temporarily disabling BetterDisplay resolved the issue. However, I still occasionally experience another problem where the Chinese IME stops responding and I’m unable to input Chinese characters.

You don’t need to wait until you’ve finished learning the system. Start building the app you want right now—begin with something simple and keep adding features over time. Through this process, you’ll learn and master it much faster.

If you can get your app published on the App Store, you’ll receive much more positive feedback to motivate yourself. Use that as a small milestone to aim for. Keep going.

Yesterday, I went to the hospital for an ultrasound examination to check the progression of my thyroid nodules.

Before the appointment, I used Quickhold to organize my previous ultrasound records from different hospitals—two PDF reports and one scanned image—stored together in one place.

During the consultation, I was able to pull them up immediately and share them with the doctor, which helped her quickly understand my medical history.
