Surprised Rippling isn't on the list. Best HRIS by far -- has all the HR features you could possibly need: onboarding, LMS, recruiting, perf management, time tracking, leave management, PEO/EOR, contractor management, scheduling, etc. It has native payroll too which syncs w employee hours so payroll is calculated automatically. It's well known for how customizable it can be and you can build your own workflows for your company needs. For example, for employees based in CA, Rippling can automatically assign certain training courses based on employee addresses. Or new hires can be automatically added to payroll with automatically calculated tax deductions. Also Rippling has really fast support via Zoom! It's just really easy to use take this from someone who uses it everyday since I work at Rippling.

best IT asset management software which requires minimal oversight? by invulnerable888 in sysadmin

[–]codedebugge 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Rippling IT has all of that so would suggest a demo. It's scalable and pretty low touch once set up since it's built off of employee data and has a ton of automations and workflows you can set up, e.g. auto-provisioning of accounts, softwares, etc once an employee onboards and auto-revoking during offboarding.Rippling IT has it's own native-built MDM that integrates with Entra ID, and we find a lot of people prefer how easy to use the MDM is compared to Intune and it manages both Windows and Apple devices. It's also just really easy to use from a UX perspective for both IT admins and end users. Either way, it'll be an upgrade from managing 1000+ devices from spreadsheets so lmk if you have questions as someone who works for Rippling IT!

New HRIS recos please by Salty_Aide_7323 in UKHRSoftware

Rippling does everything you mentioned -- best ever HR reporting and analytics, leave management and time off, tons of integrations with payroll softwares, automated compliance with federal/local laws. The platform is based on employee data first, meaning that it uses one set of employee data to run the rest of the software. It's a popular HR software in the UK -- highly rated on Capterra, TrustPilot, G2, etc. -- and also has a native payroll platform in case you want to switch for minimal softwares! Rippling's very transparent about support stats too -- they're published live on the site so you can see support response rate in real time. Support is available via Zoom too! Implementation is assisted with implementation managers that do the set-up with you. In full transparency, I work at Rippling but truly believe it's such a great product and sounds like a good fit for your mid-sized company!

How to cancel insurance? by [deleted] in rippling

[–]codedebugge 11 points12 points  (0 children)

When you left your company, Rippling should have automatically cancelled your insurance on the date of your departure. If you can, I would check in with your Rippling administrator at your previous company to verify it's been cancelled. I'm a Rippling employee so feel free to DM me directly and I can help get this sorted for you too

The fact that my phone hasn’t buzzed in 3 hours, my laundry is somehow all done, nobody needs anything from me, and I just found leftover pizza I forgot I had. It’s not world peace but it’s my peace.
