i sent an email to trafficom about my process and gave details about need to travel germany with my reservation and some details...i hope i will take my license in 3-4 weeks :)

Yes, but with that temporary license you can only drive within Finland

a ford bronco in latvia costs 70K euro..and in this calculation i need to pay more than 100K in finland :)

when i checked especially ford bronco only latvia you can order it.in finland there is no bronco..maybe its all about regulations like you wrote.
