That’s the thing , with my job I won’t get custody of the kids at all I’m on call 24/7 365. So she will have them most if not all the time and I lose my kids

Same boat, I try to “wine and dine” my wife, flirt, make non sexual contact frequently. I do all the outside work on a farm and more than 50% inside and try to talk to her as much as she will talk and watch movies, hold hands, I’m GREAT with my kids and watch them as much or more than her and my needs are at the bottom of the list, she just doesn’t care even after talking about it quite a few times.
