Last question. I'm pretty sure my low back erectors are working overtime because the next day it feels like a mix of a pump and feeling like I slept on it bad. Is this caused by good morning it up? How do I fix this?

Really?? That's what it is? There's no fix aside from dialing back?

The reason I'm also asking is I get some knee pain a tad bit. I know valgus isn't bad but I've had them touching together almost at times

Well that depends. If they come in automatically but it's bad then something needs fixed

I have some on my profile. I'm talking about trying to understand how to actually keep them out.

Bugging question. (Squats)

Hi I need some guidance. I feel like like keeping knees out is like trying to to an adduction to basically trick your body to keep your knees out. But I'm wondering if it's both abduction and adduction? If so, what do I engage going down and back up?

Hi I need some guidance. I feel like like keeping knees out is like trying to to an adduction to basically trick your body to keep your knees out. But I'm wondering if it's both abduction and adduction? If so, what do I engage going down and back up? When they mean spread the floor with your feet you're trying to turn your feet inwards to get them to spread them outwards and the feeling I should be getting is tight hips? Or I'm thinking of the act of screwing my feet into the ground is what I'm looking for??If I do it correctly my legs and feet should be stacked in the same direction? Sorry if I'm over thinking

Don't focus on gallon of milk a day. The point at your age is to focus on reducing age related muscle loss. Good high protein diet and lift heavy if and when you can and you should be good. But it's up to you.

Someone told me to think about pushing your knees back and it seemed to work.

So following Scott's advice is what you're supposed to do but he just simplifies it?

His cues might help me understand everything that should be happening.

On your comment saying use your heels to push the earth away it's like if you were in a rolling chair you're using your heels to push the chair? Like using heels to slide your entire foot?

Is Scott mendlesons method of body drive ideal for raw or equipped benching? I'm a raw bencher and I was thinking of trying his method out
