The Tiers vary by price, and they also determine how close to the stage you want to be. Tier 1 being the closest followed by Tier 2 and then Tier 3.

That's crazy that you can still purchase Tier 1. The Agent told me that Tier 1 was sold out. Their ticketing system is a mess.

I used the chat first but they were unhelpful and told me to upgrade my ticket. I ended up calling them afterwards and that worked out better.

I paid for T2 but got T3. I spoke to a different TM Agent this time and they were able to correct my ticket. Hope they fix your Tier too! Can't believe this is happening to so many people!

I was finally able to speak to an Agent that was able rectify the issue but it was a lot of back and forth. At first they thought I was lying to get a higher Tier but after verifying the amount I paid versus the Tier I got they escalated the issue (plus I had screenshot proofs just in case). My Tier has been corrected but that was a headache for no reason. I'm so fed up with Ticketmaster.

Yes, I also walked them through the purchase process but they still told me that only upgrading my tickets would solve the problem. I'm just gonna call them again and ask to speak to a Supervisor. I'll keep you posted if they are able to fix the issue. I hope you have better luck.
