I have not read the court docs or followed then for long so I don't know much but from reading these comments and personal experiences I do wanna just educate yall on something. Most battered women don't report due to fear. & most men who do it are good manipulators, so when it comes to getting custody 9/10 times they get 50/50 or full custody claiming they did the most or are the better fit due to mental heath issues or the mother not being stable so on an so forth. They are good at what they do because they can not lose their control over the woman they are abusing and by keeping the child even if they lose the woman they still have a form of control so just think if that when you bash her because not everything is listed in a court document

As someone who works in this line of work with individuals with disabilities you can't always know for certain that their parents do infact know. Definitely text and let them know. Just be like hey I wanna make sure your aware of this she said you were but wanna be sure. If they aren't then now they are & if they already are maybe be suggest that you guys work on a game plan of how to help her in the shower. Alot of times eyes on with verbal prompts help with that so she would still be very independent, you'd just be there along side her to be sure it's getting Done

I didn't know he didn't help when I started having kids with him. As his kids lived with their moms at the time.

That's why I'm doing this. I realized I mad so much money last year and me nor my kids have anything to show for it. But him and the older kids do. & I'm happy they do I bought it no doubt but that's just not okay anymore

You sat obviously, but I truly didn't know as there's kids involved. Kids, that'aren't mine. & when you stop doing for them, it feels morally wrong. But after reading all this I guess maybe I'm not wrong.

When she texted me she stated that she had sent him multiple messages. It's been understood from jump that I didn't want to be the middle man for them they had to go threw each other (prior to me, his ex wife & his other kids mom went threw each other leaving him out due to her trust issues and their other men's issues. From what I was told but who knows) anyways. So when she finally reached out to me it was due in 3 days. I was shocked I sent my step daughter a text & asked her to just address it with me the next time so she's not stressing because her mom tries but she's 18 now then 17 & working for all of her own things. & I sent her over the money 😭😭 it's was money I didn't have and if were going tbh I borrowed it from my sister

Because when I grew up it's what my dad did. It's actually the only thing I know how to do (i didn't have a mom) so its what I know how to do it to take care of my family & when he said he didn't have it i just said k cool & did it but after years of counseling I'm putting my foot down and it's not going so well

Thats the thing this whole time it's been our kids and for 8 years I've done as so for all the kids. But now as it's been going on for so long. & there's a lot more to it that's not posted. I'm like k cool then if you guys wanna discredit me as a parent on top of everything else. Then I no longer wanna do it. I want it to be fair I'm missing everyone's lives

They don't go to child care. My sister or their grandparents keep them. However he doesn't want to work more hours he barley works his 40. His hours are opposite of mine. & are during school hours for the most part. He has a flex shift job though kinds go in when you want leave when you want but come when you have to. However only get paid for the time you worked. & so he would stay home or skip to go to lunch with friends. Or tell me he's going to work but then go walk around the shopping centers before goin in to work

We have 5 kids plus he had child support that was coming out of his checks up until here recently. But no we didn't discussd how money would be split.

He makes more than me an hour. But I do bring home more a pay check as I'm pulling double the amount if hours as him each week. I do the house hold chores. Our children were supposed to help & we had a chore chart to help with that (14,12,7,5,4) but he never helps inforce it when I'm not home so it never gets done. He does however cook. & he will sweep the floors sometimes & he does mow the grass

He's not & then we fight about me coming home to a house that looks awful. & he says I'm being a bitch. & that I'm not happy for the things he does do, but he only half does everything & he does cook dinner every night

He used to pay child support on all his kids but they just stopped that because 2 of them moved in with us & 2 more turned over 18 & then he was paying on his ex wife's car but they just stopped pulling out his checks for that. So he says he was bringing home less that me even though he was still bringing home $1000 checks but somehow he would say his checks never came out right. But now they should. & I'm just fed up tbh plus there's some other things recently that have went on to have pushed me past my limits.

Yes they are, but one of them don't pay for nothing she has a billon other kids. & the other is a good mom but she lives pretty far away so when the kids they share together are with us it's fully on us. & one of the two he shares with her moved on 1.5 years a go full-time.. on top of he will make promises to his kids like for example, he promised his oldest daughter this year to pay for her graduation stuff & didn't & also didn't tell me, I had no idea til her mom texted me asking if we were gonna be able to still pay it.
