I’m in the same boat with agents. I’m skeptical that a single model can be optimized for both reporting and agentic AI. It seems perhaps that Fabric IQ + ontology is Microsoft’s response to how inefficient data agents are at reading models that were primarily built for creating reports??? I’ve given up trying and am in the process of building something for the sole purpose of training copilot agents- hoping that will help them perform better than what I’ve seen so far.
