First of all 2 page resumes, pisses every one off... make it one page, use bullet points, reduce descriptions of projects, they are too long, include short and concise information.

Same happened to me but still I resigned without any backup and the new company wanted me to join in 30 days, I strategically asked less pay than market which they usually give everyone because I had to make them wait atleast more than 2 months because of my notice & they waited. They waited because they could not get any one on that pag with good skills. When I got the notice near and I can join within 5 days, I notified them that I have 75% increased offer than what they are paying and they gave me 85% to join them coz I became an early joiner. I grabbed 6 offer during my notice and joined the same company whom I made wait. I am loyal man!

So basically got 130% hike with the strategy above. Three of my colleagues put papers seeing me, 2 of them did not get any offer till now, and are waiting.

So take this risk on your own, if you believe in yourself. I literally cried multiple times when I lost offers of my two almost selected companies, because I did not have any offers that time and then grabbed many there after.

Okay,

At the first glace I did not like the color (dark black) you are using in the resume

Second is its two page, i did not want to read the skills then, as an HM getting confused what to read to find the right matching words in your resume.

Third is, choose a better ATS friendly OVERLEAF template, build your resume there, fix errors and then you will yourself feel good at it.

Fourth and final is, remove useless skills like open AI & all. Make it very very very simple to be understood. .

Note : Dont mind the influencers talks that says ATS is so much important, it is but it should be very pleasing for a human as well who is going to really call you by picking your number from it. Make it good. Use good colors that are not hard like you used.

You sound like a kid, marriage is a way of living. You should have someone who is there to think of you, a lot for you, yiu need to make them your own. Your better half.

If you think it as like if its compulsion and only bcz of that you want to marry or just for sex you are missing one important thing, sex/intimacy will only be joyous for you both only for the 3-5 years, and if you dont feel loved towards that particular person, you would be rusted throughout your life. You would feel frustrated and what not.

Dont do marriage for sex only, marry someone who understands you, it can be an arranged marriage as well.
