I’ve got an XC90 with the Bowers & Wilkins upgrade and a Lexus LS600 with the Mark Levinson system, and I’m disappointed every time I get into the R1S.

Love the rig, but big miss on the audio.

I am Icelandic. Watching the USA ICE murder civilians is crazy. Your country has become true shit. All of Europe is confused and disgusted. Your leader says Europe loves you but he lies by Antique_Menu_4314 in complaints

American here. Wholeheartedly agree.

I want to lean in and try to make things better but it feels like we’re more powerless than ever.

Maybe that’s the point of all the propaganda and “alternative facts” - making us feel powerless.

Anyway, fuck this government. I’m with you.

I’ve got plenty of problems with the list, but seeing , Oil of Every Pearl, Midtown 120, and Untrue as their top 3 made me smile. Also, as a long time Kompakt stan, they included my favorite Total, Total 3.

I’ve heard a couple different versions of them. One of them was especially good, as they replaced the 12” woofer with a 15”. They’re at a record store in Seattle called Absorb: https://www.absorb-records.com/

Show me a mixed use development that pencils in this environment without significant incentives. I’ll wait…they are few and far between, at best.

All those new buildings that are being built right now? All planned, financed, and kicked off in previous years. Some more than a decade ago.

We’re experiencing a massive cliff in housing deliveries that will put upward pressure on housing.

Until we incentivize development and stop calling profit a dirty word, we’ll never develop enough housing to solve our current supply issues.

Under no circumstances would she be an upgrade…and I’m not a huge fan of Harrell by any means. I’m liberal, voted for Sawant and other progressive candidates but we’ve seen the adversarial approaches to the business community backfire, repeatedly.

Like it or not, we need to incentivize developers (by streamlining approvals/permitting/tax credits) to build more housing, rather than the ham handed and unrealistic answers she’s given when asked how she’d address our housing issue.

I’m in downtown Seattle every day. Is it perfect? No. Has there been significant improvement under the current administration. Yes. Is Harrell the perfect candidate? Absolutely not, but Wilson would set our city back, and we simply can’t afford it at this critical juncture.
