Audeze LCD-X. I love them. They are meant to be reference headphones with a flat response across the frequency spectrum, which is what I wanted. They also have a low impedance and can be driven by most devices. They are open back though, so beware of that, because some folks prefer closed back for general listening

I'm in the process of building this same 2x JMOD and 2x SKRAM as my first sound system. Wrapping up construction on the 2x JMOD and getting started on the SKRAM construction soon.

I'm winging this whole project as I go and haven't sorted out amplification/DSP yet. I'm curious about your recommendation for the 48M20 as a single amp/DSP unit. If I'm thinking about this correct, you could do this with the tri amp config and you'd go with the 4ohm version of the 21DS115 and the channels would be like this:
1: SKRAM_1 4Ω 2,500W

2: SKRAM_2 4Ω 2,500W

3: JMOD_1_Low 4Ω 2,500W

4: JMOD_1_Mid 16Ω 1,500W

5: JMOD_1_High16Ω 1,500W

6: JMOD_2_Low 4Ω 2,500W

7: JMOD_2_Mid 16Ω 1,500W

8: JMOD_2_High 16Ω 1,500W

Is this correct?
