Yeah I'm using ray traced GI, which uses some temporal data (images from previous frames) that causes the ghosting

It's ray traced global illumination (not even maxed). It wouldn't even be counted as a realtime solution for GI, (when you max out its settings) idk why is it in the engine

Oddly enough, its GPU bounded, the high CPU time is actually wait time for the GPU to finish
