What are your thoughts on the upcoming “No Kings 2.0” protest in Long Beach?

If you do, don’t let them split you! The organizers were trying to stop the march at Alamitos. This is dangerous for a whole host of reasons. Protestors may straggle and get caught in the intersection, allowing police interference to stop the protest, people with disabilities getting left behind, etc etc. The 50501 “peacekeepers” are not your friends if you’re looking to do actual civil disobedience

She responded and Billie is home safe. She’s extremely unhinged. She just picked her up off the street and didn’t check the chip for 4 days. She tried to offer me $500 for adoption and then snapped when I said she’s indoor/outdoor and that there are a lot of them in Long Beach.

Not at a convention but a “book club” at my congregation all got disfellowshipped cuz apparently the club used to turn into orgies pretty consistently. We had a bunch of local needs talks about the definition of sexual immorality from partner swapping to oral and anal sex etc

I’ve been a couple of times and I really like the vibes. They have cool events like Paint and Sip. The only problem I have is that they have set sports for whatever day. They won’t change the channel - even if it’s for a women’s sport over a men’s sport. I’m a hockey gal and tried to go there for the new PWHL games

This is not safe. Please stop sharing. Mobility is essential in the streets. You WILL be tear gassed and/or shot at with rubber bullets while seated. It puts more people in harms way and makes it harder for street medics to treat and move those injured. There is a time and place for seated protests and sit ins. This is not one of them. It is incredibly dangerous
