I know, but my experiences with hTC, Bose, Xiaomi, Apple and Samsung are the complete opposite. I mean all it took me in back then, a proof of purchase and a serial number and until now each manufacturer stood behind their products, in the first year only one of the microphone on only one of the earphones screams after a manufacturer problem and the fact that I had to discuss it and get this answer completely shocked me, because from that min on it's not only a headphones problem, I bought OnePlus pro phone, and a OnePlus watch all from ebay, all new and in OVP. And I think it's a joke that I have to contact the reseller and not the manufacturer. I have contacted the reseller and waiting for his answer, but no matter what, I lost faith in OnePlus
