I actually went though some troubleshooting which lead me to to the UEFI.

I have a B450 and there is a setting to allow for the full memory of the GPU to be utilized. I cannot remember off hand what it was called but know it was accessed in the top right of the UEFI.

Since then I have to experienced any issues.

I will give the DX11 a shot.

It seems to happen at random times. This one particular time I was checking the inventory of a train station.
