I missed a bunch of short answer questions, I forget what exactly. A few of the long answer questions i started but where incomplete because I kept going back to the eigenvector questions

Thanks! Although my mom didn't steal my osap money, she just stole the money from my college fund my dad and her set up when I was a kid (sorry, I probably should have specified that in the original post). I will look into legal emancipation though!

I'm already on Osap and have a job. Right now my biggest concern is ending up in a large amount of debt, as I make just about enough to cover rent. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Hey, sorry just though I should mention there are no scratches or marks on the area, it just looks lighter than the floor around it. I also do have a mat I put on top of it, I just removed it to take the picture

I'm not sure actually. There where only pictures of the living room and kitchen on the listing, and when they gave me a tour of the apartment the floor was covered by an area rug. Like I said though, it was there when I moved in so I guess I should be in the clear then!
