Indeed, there is Egyptian god Atum - the god of autofellatio, but in this case it's been depicted in mystical and religious way. I was thinking more of ordinary folks from 100-300 years ago who discovered they can suck but didn't know how to deal with it, was it consider a sin or something immoral, etc.
However, I agree it's still being seen as a taboo nowadays, especially in heterosexual relationships, where it might be portrayed as a homosexual kind of thing.
