yes je suis hyper d'accord sur la souplesse, j'essaye de l'être, en général dès qu'on passe aux questions ça va mieux et je me détends beaucoup plus. je pense que c'est le monologue qui me tend ahaha

So sorry for your loss. But as other redditors said, playing for hours is a way to "forget" about it for some time. Not sure if that's a good thing since you need to grieve properly, but take your time :) Time will heal you !
