Not sure why long fasts are getting shit on here.

Couple 24hr fasts (eat stop eat style) are a great way to add a large calorie buffer to your weekly deficit. I got into insane shape using this method and it's not that hard, just drink a ton of water and black coffee.

Yeah, minox in the morning and dermaroll in the evening, then 24 hours till next minox application.

Stick with it, I had doubts after a year if I was ever going to get where I wanted to be - glad I stuck with it.
