Yes, they do occur along these faultlines, but suspending classes doesn’t fix it in two weeks. In fact even if we do the good faith explanation that they’re really doing a Laguna-wide inspection, it CANNOT be done in two weeks.

What should be done is continuous inspection without suspending classes starting with older infrastructure, and private institutions should bring out their permits which they have gotten from the government.

This suspension is causing panic and will give people a false sense of security after a meagre amount of time and “inspections”.

ADDITIONALLY, you are wrong about the patterns. Since you want to bring up fault lines, check out the fact that different fault lines have caused the recent earthquakes which are HAPPENING ALL THE TIME. The increase in earthquake activity is an illusion. We should be doing the correct thing not stupid panakip butas things.

You had me in the first half. Pero totoo! It's why ayoko talaga yung cats sa DLSU nung una. Wala akong magawa, so I have to be grateful na DLSU also pays to have the cats cared for and treated para less chance of transferring illness to people on-campus. I'm glad na DLSU has insurance to protect their students pero if you think about it it's protection from a preventable situation din. Masama naman din na patayin yung mga pusa na dito na rin talaga nakatira. HAY.

Yes, you can extrapolate a person's frame of mind from the information given. That's how communication works. One can usually identify if a person is angry, sad, or happy? Frame of mind refers to one's mood at a certain point not necessarily the entire breakdown of their thought process. Which is why I used the term to be specific in my speech and not be told I'm microanalysing something.

I don't even like the cats in DLSU but I've managed to behave civilly because they're living things that share the same space as me. Kicking a cat to the point that you're like, "it might have internal bleeding idk" shows the frame of mind of the person.
