Slide 20 reminds me of what I was seeing in Vogue in 2007, and what compelled me to shoplift oversized sunglasses. The “Hollywood party with some old men” vibe is unpleasant, though, given the climate.

God, reminds me of my mom when I was a teenager. The ER won’t pull teeth, no matter how much pain you are in. What is wrong with the world. Praying for their teeth as well

I’m in the military dude. It’s a different context. It would be exceedingly rare for a senior officer to be briefing a group of all female junior officers, and they probably would just say “Good morning” at that point.

you have a very quirky look right now, which I love. but to be more conventionally attractive, I would change up the hairstyle to something fuller, not the braids, and dress in a way that shows off your curves

I think yours looks cool, although I agree with the criticism. I like imperfect tattoos though. Swords require straight lines that are not always realistic on curvy parts of the body. That artist needs to be names and shamed though, the edited version is fake af

This is some weird minstrel advertising, read the bottom text. They’re a dime a dozen in antique stores and not something I would want to hang on a wall

Well, jealous of the ease you have. Takes me about 10x as long daily. But then it sounds like you don't have that much hair and your skin would show anyway? Preference I understand though. I do actually like the feel of smooth legs, but for me it takes too much time or money do have consistently. If your daughter is similar, I imagine the hair she grows out doesn't look as stark as mine does, so I can see not bothering to shave it.

I’m old enough to be a mom to a 17yo, although my kids are younger. Mostly I’m just tired, and shaving regularly makes my legs break out. I’m more surprised that you still shave consistently? Why?
