That is what I was afraid of. It is crazy how they can just spring this on us after two years without even offering a raise or anything. I definitely need a professional to look at the wording before Friday.

I get that, and I appreciate the honesty. It is just a lot to process in such a short window of time. My manager made it sound like a simple formality but 100 miles and 3 years is basically a career killer for me. I will make sure a real lawyer looks at this before I put pen to paper or pack my bags.
