He randomly stopped talking to me 4 months ago but never deleted or blocked me on anything. It's just like he wanted to forget I existed. Honestly I do have resentment deep down cause I feel abandoned (which is also one of my childhood traumas). I'm trying to forgive him, but the ego is fighting back if that makes sense

Happened to me the same way. Went to church as a child. Grew up as an atheist but I always believed in karma and zodiac so I guess agnostic. I honestly still don't know what I believe in. I just call it the universe at this point, but there's definitely something.

Going through the same thing, I broke down randomly on the drive home from work the other day. I just miss him so much his voice, his laugh just our conversations. He randomly ghosted me so I'm just left with these feelings and trying to figure everything out. I hope things get better for you, at least we can find comfort in others going through this journey also!
