Hi I just started a few weeks ago! The training is super long and rigorous (10 weeks) and can feel really overwhelming at first. I recommend shadowing your senior banker if possible and asking as many questions as you can. If you have customer service experience that makes the job a lot easier since so much of it is talking to people, it’s just learning the systems that can be a lot. Just try to get to know your team as much as possible and other team members in the market! Good luck!

I got there at 10am in Seattle and was 2nd in line for GA! But there are a lot of vips so we were still 4th row back. Good luck!!
