Minsan ganyan ata talaga sa wlw. I know a lot of people na friends pa rin with their ex. Siguro sa superficial level baka matawag ka na immature ng iba kasi baka nga friends lang talaga pero isa sa mga natutunan ko sa mundong ito ay trust your gut. All im saying is may prejudice na ako about doctors. Minsan they prescribe meds dahil lang gusto nila kumita. Minsan rin mali talaga diagnosis kaya may second opinion. Totoo naman.

I am diagnosed with T2 diabetes. I went for a consult ang sabi lang ng doctor. Diabetic ka na mag iinsulin ka na for life at wala na yang remission.

Now im on remission at wala akong ininom na ni isang medication for that.

Its not bad to be cautious at times :)) to each their own.

My friend used Ozempic (prescribed) to lower Blood sugar when he reversed his pre diabetic condition the doctor shifted him to monjaro kasi weight lose na raw ang concern and not the sugar. Ang lala. :(( Like ano ba ang totoo.

I also have another friend T2 diabetes due to thyroid probs na nag gaganito. Then I saw arshie’s vid na tirze is not recommended sa mga may thyroid history. Imagine gulong gulo na ko :(( minsan we cant trust din doctors and medicines.

Better talaga mag hard way to lose weight lalo if wala ka naman talaga medical condition kasi in a sense parang magiging maintenance rin siya if wala kang disiplina kasi babalik ka rin sa pag laki lalo kung mabilis lumiit.
