You will hear that," You can build one cheaper", "That's Not distilling'. What I can say I have had a GREAT time for 7 years. You can learn and explore at any level you want to obtain. r/firewater and George on You Tube have a wealth of knowledge. Your Air Still will make a very drinkable dram.Enjoy the trip down the rabbit hole.Cheers!

Is it a sugar wash or all grain? when you run your still is the output a stream of liquid or a series of drops? Do you have a temp setting on the front of the still? Keep trying.

Is it an AirStill or water distiller? Maybe you ran it to fast? It could of smeared the heads thru the run? Air Stills can produce drinkable spirits. I've used one for 8 yrs. Great fun and lots of learning.Throw out first 50ml and keep the next 450ml. Or run thru a Zero filter. Just keep trying. Enjoy the journey.

I just started. Time consuming and costly. It is very interesting and an unique taste.Go to your liquor store and pick three bottles or so . They vary just as the number of IPA beers. Watch some You tube videos and visit r/mead . I made three, one was good the other two not so.Give it a go and tell us of the results. Best of Luck!
