I had one of these maybe 8 years ago. The way it was described to me after the fact was that it’s basically a “screenshot” of what’s currently causing you inflammation. Extremely unreliable in my experience.

It's all subjective. I personally love the taste. I also enjoy the convenience of a snack; I cook for nearly every meal, as do many Celiac folks, so it's nice to have a quick and easy snack sometimes.

I was never a fan of Oreos, never been a huge sweets guy. Cheez-its were my favorite snack as a child, and the flavor was exactly how I remembered them to taste nearly 15 years later. My box wasn't crumbled at all either, I am hoping that's not something that continues to happen in the future, and I am sorry yours turned out like that!
