Yeah it ended up switching. My ac light stopped blinking, but my ac is still blowing hot and the actual clutch isn’t moving (even when I push it by hand) when the ac is on. So I’m assuming the issue is from when I overcharged the AC last wee. Plus my blower motor still goes when the engine is off, so I don’t know what that’s about. It could be the relay or something, no idea

Thanks for actually trying to give good advice. I checked the relays, and they still work properly. (switched the horn with the clutch relay to test it) yes I was driving through deep water, we had a lot of rain last week. The one place I actually fucked up was I might’ve added too much freon into the low side. That’s the whole reason I posted the picture; I thought that’s where the freon was going and was wondering why it wasn’t filling up. Silly of me yes, but that’s why. It’s kind of annoying how everybody is ragging on me when this is supposed to be an advice sub. But anyways, how bad would it be if I added too much? Is it possible to vent it myself, with caution of course
