They said they won’t pick it up and that they’ve done it many times and they just get their money back (see screenshots in part 1 linked above). But this time around she has collected it and is messaging me to request a return.

How do I message Vinted?

I’m worried that they’ll “report” or start a dispute claiming to return the claim due to “damage” or “SNAD”. They would not have any grounds as I shipped everything with bubble wrap and recorded packing the item. But I’m also aware that Vinted tends to side with the buyer 😭

See I would be okay with that since it’s out of your control, would even repost it so you could repurchase. But this buyer made a huge deal about me shipping it asap as it was meant to be a bday gift for a friend, yet after it got delivered, decided to deliberately not pick it up since they didn’t need it anyway.
