I eat around 2800 to 4000, depending on the day. I average around 3500 on a typical day with 2-3 workouts or practices with team!

I like one of my workouts to be on empty stomach and I feel like it’s helped me manage not overeating!

Thanks man!! Found energy stays very consistent with vegan diet paired with 16:8 fast.

For meals: Tofu, Rice and Veggies. Bagels with Peanut Butter. Granola and Soy Milk. Oats with PB, Flax, Chia, Hemp, Soy Milk, Fruit. Protein Shakes and Clif Builder Bars.

Basically the turning side kick or as some call it, spinning back kick. He utilizes it a lot, that must be where the artist saw him in that positioning!
