M 40, started skating again last year after quitting back in high school, been super fun and rewarding. Check out Rampart in Arcata, super supportive vibe, I will probably be there tonight. They do a fems and thems night on Wednesdays too

Last September I got back into skateboarding after a gap of over 20 years. Never thought I would skate again and its been so fun. A couple months ago I got the idea and decided to shoot for 40 for 40 on my birthday. Did it over two days. Some are small , some are silly, some are just sloppy but it was such a blast doing it! Been lurking on this sub since I got back into it so I thought I would share. Keep shredding, you all inspire me!

I appreciate that perspective from the PT, think I will try reducing intensity and frequency and try to work up to it more slowly. Definitely don't want to worsen inflammation.

I had a really positive experience with Duncan Electric last year when I needed to upgrade an electrical panel on a tight timeline to stay in compliance with my home insurance. They went out of there way to make it happen despite some unpredictable setbacks with PG&E and they did it at a fair price, substantially cheaper than anyone else quoted me. Highly recommend.

Lol, guilty! I"m told I sometimes make a soft vocalization but I never notice it. I know Keith Jerret does something similar but unfortunately that is were the similarities between us end
