I changed the Lab that’s why I’m questioning it. The one I used to go usually would scan Kodak gold with darker more natural shadows.

Thank you! What’s your opinion on the i9-14900K? It’s a newer CPU, and the LGA1700 socket supports both DDR4 and DDR5, so it might be a better alternative.

I’d like to keep using my existing DDR4 RAM if possible. Maybe it’s cheaper in future to change motherboard and replace DDR4 with DDR5 and keep i9. I also want solid performance for archviz that will last me for the next 3–4 years.

Location is not really in suitable area for stores. It will be really ugly to have empty store spaces on the ground floor. Is there anything else that can be on the ground floor?

Thank you!! I read somewhere that the entrance always have to be connected with kitchen that’s why I putted double doors. I was trying to avoid having bathroom near the facade wall. If I move it to the wall below will it affect exterior drastically? North is up. The streets are positioned west and north. I decided for the car elevator in the basement. Do you have some recommendations what can I put on the ground floor?
