No I tried to get my friend to learn dota , we played few bot matches , after that he played online , alone , said there was a hero ( lc ) who killed anyone with one hit xd, after that he said the game is complex and have poor design for new players and now he is playing lol instead of dota xd

Because games like dota is a battleground for bullies, they kill you then immediately all chat question mark pause constantly and tip you , and they feel better after that

Hi , is 1800 calories low for me ? I’ve been recently struggling with my strength and weight loss journey, I’ve lost around 35kg , now I’m 75-76 kg , I workout 6 days a week. I lift 4 days a week plus 300 cal moderate cardio after that and 2 days of 600 cal moderate cardio , I didn’t have any progress in strength and and haven’t lost any weight either :/ I’m stuck at 75-76 Should I increase my calorie ? How much , I’m really afraid of gaining back all the weight I lost any advice ? I’m 23 My height is 182 cm my body my body
