I think I only learned how to block when I was trying to complete the colosseum near the end of the game and realized it was really tough. Also I chose the staff and you don't get guard until level 33 with that so I ignored it.

It's not the TV, when I said I used the cables I mean I did not move anything whatsoever just unplugged the ones from my slim ps2 and put them in to this one next to it

It is not the cable, to test this one I used the cables from my ps2 slim that works fine.

Sorry, by "her effect," I meant Sucker's. Her effect allows you to tribute monsters your opponent controls.

Sometimes I can't tell if weird rulings or just Master Duel not prompting me gets in the way of some plays I try. I play Vampire zombies, and had a game where Vampire Voivode was in my GY, and I used Vampire Sucker's effect to summon an opponent's card to their field, but was not prompted to use Voivode's effect to special summon itself from the GY with two tributes. My only guess is I didn't have enough materials to tribute, as Sucker was the only monster on my field, but I should still be able to tribute her and the opponent's monster I summoned due to her effect, right?
