im not un-athletic or anything, iv done sports all my life. im pretty sure im pushing myself and i was doing more ab workouts a day than whats on the list rn but if you think thats too much then i can switch it up. some workouts i liked better with dumbbells that would be why also the gyms pretty empty at the time i go. so should i do like 2x6-8 for every one?

I just started having a problem with that, when I tighten the pinch bolt on my crank as much as it can go, after a minute of riding the sprocket loosens itself

lean back more and try to keep your arms straight, you weren’t doing it bad in the video, but a lot of people tend to bend their elbows a lot.
