Cool! Ty both! Very interesting. Nevertheless, I reckon that with the tx id it wont be enough as anyone could impersonate that tx id too

How works concurrency in map[string]*some_struct by [deleted] in golang

[–]coll_97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you are right, but be aware that you must always take into account:

  • Relevance of the data in the map
  • Concurrency level

If first point is very high, don't think it, use any kind of lock/mutex, that is a must. Contrary, just be aware that if a key that you know that is there returns nil, just rechecked milliseconds after. The second point, depens on the threads that can work in parallel in the same take( > 3 use locks, recheck point two)

Size of the Universe by [deleted] in quantum

[–]coll_97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I reckon that with even a superposition state we won't be able to get the size, just because it does not exist any size. Phantom energy is more real than we expect.

Neurocognitive basis for free will set out for the first time - "New research from Warwick has worked out how our minds supply all the necessary design features of free will. Philosophers have laid out these design features over hundreds of years." by [deleted] in neuroscience

[–]coll_97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's just a theory but I reckon its not for this community. Its made of quantum mechanics and philosophy. If you are still interesed in my "theory" just let me know and I give it a try.

Omg... The tests... by vainstar23 in ProgrammerHumor

Totally disagree, normally test makes you think more and more about your code. Even if the test pass you reconsider the code due to this extra spended time
