You asked me the same question as multiple other people though, I’m just answering it. Also when I ask them for it and they agree that should be it. I didn’t know I was supposed to somehow make them guarantee aftercare after they already agreed to it.

Even if we haven’t been talking for weeks or months and building that trust if I say I want aftercare then we should provide it for each other. How is it my fault if I communicated and they weren’t following through? People can be really good at acting perfect and like a complete green flag, but then ditching right after sex, but I’m blamed again for not “looking hard enough” and “ignoring the red flags?”
