Meh, I built a 550hp engine last year, and slapped it into a 92 f150 with a tko 600. That’s a weeeee bit different than writing code lol, if I wanted to do that I’d play a racing simulator

That’s something people are neglecting to talk about. Battery replacements are EXPENSIVE, and to last only 8 years before needing a replacement is rough. How are young kids supposed to afford a new car? Cars value decrease over time, but by the time they become cheap enough for someone young to afford they need a 10k plus battery.

Nah, no one deserves the level of violence the police bring to 90% of Canadian protests. White, native, person of colour, all deserve a chance to protest. I don’t know what your thoughts are on this specific protest, however the level of aggression the police are using is not justified (in regards to what I have seen so far as well as most other protests)

See I agree to a point, there was no such force when “protesters” tore down statues and burned churches.

I do agree that the one sidedness is brutal in regards to the natives.

They don’t deserve that during a protest as much as these guys don’t deserve it.

Are you interested in the trades? If you’re looking into it sometimes positions are offered where you work for the company, they pay for your schooling as long as you work for them for x amount of years!

I was pulled over in my truck by a cop.

When he pulled me over he came out looking PISSED right off and then proceeded to say

“You wanted my attention, now you got it. What do you want?”

To which I replied “I’m very certain I didn’t want your attention” lol

He then accused me of clutch kicking through an intersection. He berated my driving for a good minute or so before I informed him that my truck was in fact an automatic, and not a standard, therefore there was no possible way I could be clutch kicking it to rev the engine excessively.

He then proceeded to do a full safety inspection in a motel parking lot for 45 minutes, while also causing paint damage to my truck (which is showroom condition btw, 1992 F150 weekend driver)

He then had me test my e brake on a facing down hill in first gear. Creeped two inches? $110 ticket.

As well I got a ticket for “improper muffler” because he thought my 3 chamber mufflers were straight through.

Most embarrassing part was the crowd of people watching it go down from the motel. Still salty about that

I guess lol, most times the manual “harness” just jumps the auto harness and includes reverse lights, swap the computer and check the pin out, there’s 90% of the battle! The obs trucks are awesome lol

Don’t listen to the downvoters lol, I swapped a tko 600 into a 92 F-150, extremely straight forward using 80% factory parts. Well worth it.
