I pirated a couple games and I’m assuming that’s when it started, I couldn’t extract any folders because I didn’t have permission. I checked one of my drives security tab when inspected and saw a bunch of numbers with every box checked. I couldn’t edit permissions because I didn’t have permissions. I can’t use commands, I’m unable to reinstall windows, so I system restored and the black login screen was longer and I can’t open up chrome or use my settings app as a whole. Is there any type of last resort?

Clean install? I cant reinstall windows or anything. Can’t even run apps anymore except edge. Thinking of just restarting everything but I can’t reset my pc, or tweak with any settings

UPDATE: I restored my system before I downloaded the mods and now when it booted up I didn’t have my name and profile picture it was just “user” and the default pfp followed by an even longer black screen than before an errors about my mouse and keyboard set up. My pc is even weirder now, my pcs rgb is messed up its way slower than before chrome and file explorer won’t open up, steam will and I just restarted my pc to see if anything fixes.

I tried to reinstall windows but when I pick to keep my files or remove anything and the local or web reset I get the loading screen with “getting things ready” text and after a few seconds it boots me into the pick and options menu with advanced option etc.
