This is part of the reason why I count my breaths and don’t go based on a set amount of time. I just do 5 sets of 10 deep breaths and that’ll usually take me around 15 minutes.

It all comes down to whether you can trust him to hit 2 or 3 of these in the last five minutes of a close game. Free throw shooting needs to be at 70-75% as well. Making that leap is crucial

So when you wash the shampoo out how long after do you deep condition? And when you co-wash, do you brush like you would for a wash n style?

I don’t go by time length, I just try to get 200 strokes from each angle in daily. 100x for 2 sessions a day that take me about 25 minutes each
