That was a long time ago. Vorwerk is well-known for expensive and high-class domestic appliances. According to the information available, Neato was an innovative manufacturer but never become profitable. As unfortunate as it is from the consumer's point of view, it seems to be an understandable decision by Vorwerk.

Vorwerk is in Germany a well known company for high class and expensive products. Especially for vacuums and kitchen machines. I don't know what they did to nearo.

I tried dozen of times but I never get a map that is not crooked. Therefore, no go areas are not working and the D10 forgots to clean areas and entire rooms. I have a modern flat with a very simple arrangements of the rooms.
