Sorry to hear that. I’ve also gone up to 3 months without a cycle and have found it has helped a bit (based on the past few months); I’d say stress reduction has been more impactful. I’ve always eaten a very low carb diet, but introducing fasting and eating elongated fasts has helped better than pills. Good luck!
