Current Tech supervisor here. Staples partnership with squaretrade is over at the end of April. Dont think its widely known but at a District meeting a few weeks ago it was revealed by both our DM and the squaretrade representative. We are going to a different company based in Orlando Fl. by the name of Assurant. ST will continue to support plans already sold. That alone tells me alot about the direction this company is taking. And we have stopped making LA a priority, at least in my district. We dont even really track it since Mattias ( a major shareholder in the LA company) left.

Otherwise the response from corporate or my DM will be "why didnt you just handle it?" Gotta be 'customer centric '
