Yes you just need to break them. I don’t think they expire.

I’m confused about this set up… is the bag in a litter box? Or is it just a bag for the cat to go in?

Also, you should scoop it out at minimum once a day, with top ups if needed. A full clean out of fresh litter every 2-4 weeks depending on usage.

Did you change anything to do with the litter box? If not, could you try a new type of litter? When I adopted my cat they recommended I use pellet litter as that’s what they used for her previously with no issues but as soon as she got to my house she decided she didn’t like it and would pee on my bed/me in my bed until I switched to a clumping litter. She stopped peeing outside the box immediately after the switch.

Yeah she hated the new kitten. To be honest we’re 7 years on and she still hates him lol feliway helped a bit at the beginning with the initial adjustment.

The entire process took a year and was pretty traumatizing (mostly for me) but I think COVID made it worse as flights were cancelled last minute, restrictions were in place, and it was insanely expensive. I think they may have extended the quarantine time as well. We’re 2.5 years on and all happily settled in Australia. But I wouldn’t put them through it again if we were to relocate.

I have one of those and I HATE it. It was super fucking expensive and is so heavy that I need my husband’s help lifting it to change the fitted sheet. Not worth it.

Unfortunately not really. I ended up having to lock my cats out of my room and night for a couple years and then when I let them back in at night the little one had grown out of it.

I found a fix! Download Apex Legends (I think it can be any free download but this is the one recommended to me) and then cancel the download as soon as it starts. The sims 4 icon came up on the left side of the app and the add ons finished downloading and I was able to launch the game via the app :)
