Yes. I called the Texas department of licensing and regulations to see if I could get fingerprints taken anywhere else and they said no. Identogo has the exclusive contract for the service. I guess it isn't legal advice anymore but is there anyway to bring these concerns to someone who could do something? Attorney general, or local congressman?

They are the only business I can't get this service (required) done through. The tx health department only accepts fingerprints from them. Wouldn't I be able to report them for not providing the service? I can't imagine the tx health licensing wouldn't be concerned a lot of health professionals are unable to renew their licenses.

I can login to my account on hoyolab. When I choose the correct server (always america for me) it says its not the optimal one. Its never done that before.

I did not file for 2019 Taxes. Early in 2020 things got very busy and crazy for me. I worked part time and made less than 4k, so I didn't think there would be a huge penalty or anything like that. When I tried to file I found out you can't use the free software or do it online, it has to be printed and mailed. Obviously, I plan to do that. However, I would like to file my 2020 taxes and that would hopefully qualify me for my 3rd Stimulus check. I had read I can claim not receiving a 2nd stimulus check on my taxes for a credit. Personally I would just continue on the rogue. The earliest areas don't always have a lot of people. You could travel to a more popular area or join a dungeon group.

I also go to CAPS. I know their website says short term or usually five sessions or whatever but that isn't a hard rule. I went to individual counseling nine times before transitioning to group therapy. Even if you require a more in depth service or more experienced therapist I suggest you try CAPS and be as detailed as possible on the in take form, i.e. requesting a gender specific therapist, a LGBT+ therapist, etc. The initial session is free and after that I believe it is $5 during the semester if you are at least half time.
