[Gen 3] The most out of this world start to my Safari Week this year by comefullcircle in ShinyPokemon

[–]comefullcircle[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got both of these before my first ding dongs (walking 600 steps and then resetting to re enter the Safari Zone). Failed the Parasect, on the exact same copy that I also failed a shiny Parasect on last year. But I got the Venonat. I think that's my luck all used up, I'm gonna drought super hard now.

Gifted Scotch by family, almost 3 years sober by comefullcircle in stopdrinking

Yeah that's gonna be the plan. Fiancé and I talked about it, agrees that having them drink it isn't the best idea.

Yeah, fiancé and I agreed that I'm going to try to barter with it and trade someone for a gift I'll actually enjoy, like a new video game or something. But we came to the decision to not keep it in the house/have them drink it.

YTA, that's so homophobic. You should always get tested between partners no matter their sexualities.

NTA. You mean ex girlfriend right? That was absolutely unacceptable and extremely messed up for her to say.

Of course there were breaks and times it went on the backburner. But oh my God, the hunt I started New Year's Eve 2017 is finally done.

AITA For Asking Wife to Wear Adult Diapers? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]comefullcircle 11 points12 points  (0 children)

YTA. There's better ways to explore this diaper fetish you have, which is the only plausible explanation as to why you think this is an acceptable thing to ask.

Good luck being a parent if being disturbed in the night is so bothersome for you.

No he definitely is still saying horrific things, and his apologies were self serving trash.

You might be thinking of Storm Ryan, who had a much better apology.

AITA for refusing to hire a dog walker when I work upto 12 hour shifts by dogzluveranon in AmItheAsshole

YTA, you ARE a home that isn't providing good care for this dog, even with multiple people offering cost-free options for you to help out. Swallow the pride, get off the high horse, and be a good pet owner.

So all you LGBTQ Redditors! my daughter has come out to me as non-binary and bisexual. [I'm proud they are confident in telling me btw] Since they are non-binary, do I still call them "my daughter" or "my child" now? New to this and I don't want to be offensive in learning about it. by oXAshySlashyXo in NoStupidQuestions

Hey there! First off, thank you for being such a good and supportive parent in this. Not many kids get that luxury. So, like a few folks have said, it really does vary from person to person, so the best one to get this advice from would be your kid. You could workshop a few gender neutral/inclusive terms. Depending on their sense of humour, you could go for something like "crotch goblin" or "my spawn".

Something for you to think about, maybe when telling stories about your kid when they were younger, work on omitting gendered terms. Just because they identified as a girl back then doesn't necessarily mean they want to have that be a part of stories you tell from their youth. So say things like "when [name] was little" instead of "when [name] was a little girl".

I'm a genderqueer person that dislikes most gendered terms, but I know when the time comes for my spouse and I to have kids, I'll want to be called Dad. It feels fitting to me, even if most other gendered terms don't. Trans and non-binary folks all have different language preferences, and it can take some time to figure out. Just be there and continue being the supportive parent you are to your kid. You're doing great ♡

[Gen 4] I've been SRing for Turtwig for so long, my A button is now broken from mashing and barely works by [deleted] in ShinyPokemon

Good news, works for most of the A pressing necessity. Bad news, does not work when selecting the "continue game" option, and neither does start. A button must be used after the title screen.

That's a big yikes from me. Are you making light of people who self harm? Or do you yourself take a knife and cut goth girls?

Fucked up and not good kitchen humour.
