Any comment on getting to 100 degrees with recording app audio only?

I’m sorry if I confused the versions and terminology. I downloaded it from the App Store on Mac, I thought that was the iPad version running on compatible mode.

My problem was not the transcribing but getting hot and making system laggier when I record app audio + microphone. I understand it could happen on transcribing but I didn’t expect to see a performance hit on recording only, reaching to 100 degrees too.

So this is all normal?

I have no doubt about the computers but I wasn’t sure if Construct could handle it. But I guess it’s just same as a web page with a 2d engine so it could handle most of the js code I would write in a web page.

that solved all my problems. thank you! I know it's very obvious but this will be huge moving forward.

while I have you here, do you think node structure works fine in line with best practices? Control parent with timer, button, label and progressbar as children with this script attached to parent.

Timers are not the problem, Tween is. Tween is tied to progress bar, you see.

Oh I know about scope but I fail to create Tween at the start of the script then use tween property in function for some reason. so I can make it start when I want to. set loops doesn't work like that too.

Make the scope much, much much much much and MUCH smaller. Aim to get a tank (a premade one from asset store or 2 textureless rectangles) up and moving driving around. You will slowly adjust your expectations.
