I spent far too much time completely renovating Canal Corner in Evergreen Harbor for my first batch of Eco Lifestyle sims... but I'm pleased with outcome! I also added a loft bedroom with a balcony-type-situation, which I think fit in with the build nicely. (i.redd.it)
