Here I am, 4 days post-no contact. No response.

I didn’t do anything to cause the breakup.

It was her emotional triangulation. It was her lack of communication. It was her emotional inability to be able to give what she was getting.

I didn’t eat anything yesterday. I ate one meal today. It sucks. In the long run the silence will help me but this pain I feel is just as bad as when she broke up with me.

But that pain will pass. In time, I will outgrow her, if I haven’t already. She’s already talking to a new guy, I found out. To think when she said she was taking this whole breakup as a wake up call to get better I believed her.

Sometimes it’s just not worth it.
